BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

Common questions.

What Hurrah Apex does, who we work with, and what we are able to discuss under New Zealand's medicinal cannabis rules.

Can I buy medicinal cannabis or book a consultation directly from Hurrah Apex?

No. Medicinal cannabis is a prescription-only medicine in New Zealand, and this website has no retail or patient-direct sales channel. Our operations focus on licensed cultivation and business-to-business supply, not personal health or patient prescriptions. Please speak with your GP or another registered prescriber about whether medicinal cannabis may be appropriate for you.

Is Hurrah Apex licensed?

Yes. Hurrah Apex holds a cultivation licence under New Zealand's Medicinal Cannabis Scheme, regulated by Medsafe. Licence status can be verified independently on the Ministry of Health's public register of current licence holders.

How is quality assured at Hurrah Apex?

All cultivation is subject to the independent testing and audit requirements set out in the New Zealand Medicinal Cannabis Quality Standard and by Medsafe. Meeting a quality standard is a separate question from approval as a medicine, and we describe our operating approach without implying a certification that has not been established.

Who can partner with or contact Hurrah Apex?

Our partnerships are designed for licensed pharmacies, healthcare providers, research institutions and prospective industry partners looking for wholesale supply, contract cultivation or clinical research collaboration.

How can healthcare providers request product or supply information?

Healthcare providers and pharmacies can contact us using the enquiry form below. In line with Medsafe advertising restrictions and the Medicines Act 1981, we can only provide technical product details in response to enquiries you initiate — we cannot proactively send product or clinical information.

Licence status can be checked on the Ministry of Health register of current licence holders ↗. For personal treatment questions, speak with a health professional.
