YOUR INFORMATION
Clear about privacy.
How this website handles enquiries. Updated 8 September 2026.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect your name, email, phone number, message, and any optional organisation or profile details you provide. Please do not send health information, identity documents or confidential technical material.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to the subject of your enquiry or assess a potential business relationship. We do not use these forms to subscribe you to marketing. Required fields are identified in the form; without them we cannot accept a submission.
Where information goes
Form submissions, including any uploaded CV, are received and stored by our website host, which may process information outside New Zealand. They are readable by the Hurrah Apex people who have access to the hosting account. Email notification of new submissions is sent via our email provider; no confirmation email is sent to you automatically.
Retention
Submissions and uploaded CVs remain in the hosting account until they are deleted from it. We review and clear website submissions periodically, and you may ask us to delete yours at any time. Information moved into a separate, ongoing business or employment process may have a different retention need, which should be explained in that process.
Your choices
You may ask for access to or correction of your personal information, or request deletion, by emailing the privacy contact above. Tell us the email address you used and roughly when you submitted, so we can find your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before providing personal information. You can also raise privacy concerns with the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Cookies and security
This website adds no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting service may use necessary cookies and technical logs to operate and secure the site, and applies spam filtering to form submissions. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Website imagery
Public imagery is deliberately reduced in detail. Image saving and dragging are discouraged on protected imagery, but public images can still be copied. Please respect Hurrah Apex's content and intellectual property.
